The Curtin University Western Australian Centre for Health Promotion (WACHPR) is a multi-disciplinary centre within the Division of Health Science at Curtin University. It operates within the School of Public Health and is closely aligned with the Health Promotion Academic Program. The WACHPR has achieved national and international recognition for its work in school and community-based intervention research, especially in the areas of injury control, drug use and mental health. The WACHPR is acknowledged as an innovative and active contributor to national and international health promotion research, education and training.
